First you may agree or disagree with my writings on this subject, and that’s what makes life interesting. If you wanted to have a juicy argument, you could go back several administrations and say you wanted to find who started the political movement forwards this disaster. This could help you understand the cause. However, the challenge is to use a detached attitude when you do find the cause. The next step is to practice staying in the NOW with your new understandings and go to the awareness of LOVE. Hopefully, later you will understand why this is crucial.

What the mind does, is to get caught in its own passions. The mental passion of vanity thinks it has the answers. There may be only one right answer for the mind. Another mental passion that is prudent here is greed. I am not pointing the finger because I have had my lessons with my own greed and vanity, for that matter. I still have to be aware at all times because the mind is insidious in its patterns. I believe that you have lessons in life, whether you want to label them good or bad, and these lessons give you the experiences of the heart. Wisdom comes not from someone telling you, but from having an experience where you chose to ask, “What was my lesson here? Or, what did I learn from this experience?”

I believe guilt has its place in teaching us a lesson and leads us to possibly – wisdom – eventually. However, to develop the mental habit of beating ourselves up with guilt only kills your spirit. If you get stuck in guilt and cannot forgive yourself, then you are coming from an emotional viewpoint.

The following are spiritual laws that can help you attain a spiritual viewpoint. I ask that you be open to these ideas and new ways of looking or experiencing the physical world.

So these spiritual laws within this physical universe, start with The Law of Polarity, or The Law of Opposites. This one says nothing exists except in relation to its opposite. The law that supercedes this is The Law of Love, and It is all. For example, laughter must have its opposite, tears; and you cannot have complete joy without sorrow. This leads to the awareness that this universe is in a constant changing state. You can trust completely that things will always change. Now God or your Higher Power as you know it comes into this article, for behind the change is the eternal, which is unchanging, but you cannot see IT with your outer eyes.

What is next is the principle that, the positive is always transforming into the negative, while the negative is forever changing to become the positive. This revitalizes and reforms the physical world so you can have your experiences and grow in consciousness here.

Thus do not despair this in the Black Death of the Oil Spill, it will change and in this process all of us have an opportunity to learn something.

One huge plus I’ve noticed is how much love those that are spiritual are giving in an open non directive way. I have friends going to the Florida Keys to help the wild life. I know many spiritual beings using non directive blessings over the waters.
