Marketing Analysis


Free Marketing Analysis in marketing plans is my third article in a series aimed at helping the network marketer or home based business owner to establish a blueprint for attracting people to their business, product, or opportunity. Although this concept is essential for any business, large or small, my primary focus here is the individual trying to make it out there as an entrepreneur at home and online.

Hopefully by now you have read my first two articles in this series regarding landing pages and press releases. If not, you can click on my author link below and go back and read people items. If if you have read them, you have already heard me if that if your only marketing plan is “tell everyone you know” then your business may be in trouble quickly. Let’s move past that and assume that you have already “told everyone you know” and you are moving on to other modes of marketing, prospecting, and marketing. Before you get too deep into the process, you must formulate an analysis of your customer base. Who are you looking for? What qualities do they have? where do you find them? What do they read? What are their interests? home essence, what is your demographic? This seems like such an obvious business to do, if surprisingly few people actually do it and put it down on paper. As a result, time, move, and money are lost and frustration sets in quickly!

Now, if you are currently in a network marketing company, I’m sure that you have either heard or said “everyone out there is our potential customer or prospect”. Time there may be a small bit of truth in this statement, invariably this statement actually doesn’t hold right. Do you really want right anyone or are you seeking a specific profile of person? are you marketing efforts focused on finding that sort of individual? for instance, if you post an ad marketing a FREE trouble of your product, what sort of person are you most likely to find answering your ad?
